I started writing songs and poetry as a teenager. I was listening to Nick Drake and Dylan and joined my first band in Manchester in 1992. We gained some recording time at Spirit Studios in Piccadilly but the finished tunes didn't take off, the drummer left in controversial circumstances and the band folded. I then moved to Northamptonshire, forming the indie rock band 'Cute Goldfish' which had a lot of success, supporting acts like Crispian Mills and Pushkin and regularly playing The Venue, The Soundhaus and The Roadmender in Northampton as well as a small tour in Germany. Cute Goldfish transformed into 'Intravenus' as the music became more rock orientated and they gained interest from Double Eye records founder Chris Carlucci in the USA and his management company The Creative People in the UK. Intravenus played gigs all over the UK, an A&R showcase at the Shepherds Bush Empire and festivals including The Bulldog Bash. However, The Creative People ceased and Intravenus lost its momentum eventually breaking up in 2006. I started playing solo across the south of England honing my song writing and stage performance. It's been a long journey, I am still a solo artist and released my first album 'Let it Rain' in Nov 2020. My second album Fear and Trust was released in Feb 2025 and has had over 200k streams on YouTube. I am currently working on my third album whilst playing gigs across the North West of England.
